Euryka Threads accept audio files as input. When you attach an audio file, Euryka automatically transcribes it and passes the text to the AI as part of your message. This means you can speak a prompt, record a meeting, or upload a voice note and the AI will work from what was said.
What's new
Audio and video files now play back directly inside the thread. When you attach one, you'll see an inline preview so you can listen or watch without downloading the file first. Euryka can also recognise the format of an audio file automatically when it isn't clearly labelled, so more of your recordings preview correctly the first time.
Supported audio formats
MP3
OGG
WAV
M4A
AAC
Maximum file size: 25 MB per file.
Attaching an audio file
Open the thread input.
Click the attachment icon (paperclip).
Select your audio file.
Click Send (or attach additional files first).
Euryka transcribes the audio automatically and includes the transcription as part of the message. The AI then responds based on what was said in the recording.
Use cases
Voice notes — speak your prompt naturally instead of typing
Meeting recordings — upload a recording and ask the AI to summarise, extract action items, or draft follow-up emails
Interviews — attach an interview recording and ask the AI to analyse or quote from it
Dictation — record a draft and let the AI clean it up, format it, or expand it
Tips
For long recordings (e.g. 1-hour meetings), break them into segments if you're hitting the file size limit
The Files tool must be enabled if you want the AI to reference the transcription again later in the same thread. See Thread tools.
