You can now connect Euryka directly to HubSpot, Figma, and Intercom. Once connected, your AI tools and Threads can pull live context from these platforms — design files, CRM records, or customer conversations — without you having to copy and paste anything across.

This is part of how Euryka brings your existing stack into one workspace: the AI does the work with your real data, in your real tools, while your Brand Hub context keeps everything on-brand.

What you can do with each connector

  • HubSpot — Bring CRM context into Threads. Reference contacts, companies, and deals when drafting outreach, summarising accounts, or briefing campaigns.

  • Figma — Pull in design files as visual context. Useful when you want AI to write copy that matches a layout, or when generating supporting assets that need to feel consistent with an existing design.

  • Intercom — Surface customer conversations and support context. Helpful for drafting responses, summarising trends, or feeding real customer language into campaign work.

How to connect a tool

  1. Open the tools dialog from your workspace.

  2. Find HubSpot, Figma, or Intercom in the list of available connectors.

  3. Click Connect. You'll be redirected to that provider's sign-in screen.

  4. Sign in and approve the permissions Euryka is requesting.

  5. You'll be returned to Euryka automatically, and the connector will show as connected.

Once connected, the tool becomes available inside your Threads and AI workflows. You don't need to reconnect each session — the connection persists across your workspace.

Tips

  • Connectors respect the permissions of the account you authorise with. If you can't see something in HubSpot or Intercom directly, Euryka won't see it either.

  • Your data stays in your ring-fenced workspace. Connecting a tool gives Euryka access to fetch information on your behalf — it doesn't change how that data is stored or shared.

  • You can disconnect any connector at any time from the tools dialog. Disconnecting revokes Euryka's access immediately.
